Reactive resin system with an integrated catalyst.

Piltex LT
Low temperature curing resin for easy-care finishes.
- Gives low formaldehyde levels
- Specially modified to cure at 900 – 1100 C
- Minimum strength loss
- Used for the resin finishing of woven and knitted cellulose fibers and their blends
- Applied by normal dry crosslinking methods on fabric
- Minimizes the yellowing tendency
- Can be used with fluorocarbon-based water repellents
Piltex NF
Formaldehyde free modified DMDHEU resin which can be reticulated with heat for cellulose and their blends.
- Can be used on their own for coating or in formulas with softeners, or silicones to improve coating with excellent resistance to washing and dry cleaning
- Improves dimensional stability, easy care properties & crease recovery
Piltex VO-3
High-performance bleachable catalyst embedded DMDHEU resin which can be reticulated with heat for denim processing.
- Reactive Resin free of formaldehyde
- Used for the resin finishing of woven and knitted cellulose fibers and their blends
- Can be used on their own for coating with excellent resistance to washing and dry cleaning
- Gives good anti-crease and shrinking resistance
