ISO 9001

We are ISO 9001 certified company which specifies the requirements for a quality management system. We consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system which provides value for the environment, the organization itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organization’s environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:

  • fulfilment of compliance obligations and

ISO 45001

ISO 45001 specifies the requirements for a safety management system which provides a framework to identify, control and reduce the risks associated with health and safety. Therefore, this ISO 45001 certification will indicate to the respective stakeholders that occupational health and safety serves as a principal priority within the organization.

GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD (GOTS)

S&D offers a range of auxiliaries approved for use on organic textiles approved by Ecocert Greenlife, which is approved to offer certifications under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). With our GOTS approved product line S&D is committed to assisting our customers in their efforts towards achieving sustainability.

ZERO DISCHARGE HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS (ZDHC)

We give our active support to the ZDHC initiative created in 2011.
The ZDHC Programme takes a holistic approach to tackling the issue of hazardous chemicals in the global textile and footwear value chain. Our goal is to eliminate the use of priority chemicals by focusing on Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL) & Conformity Guidance, Wastewater Quality, Audit Protocol, Research, Data and Disclosure, and Training.

TOXFMD

ToxServices’ Full Materials Disclosure™ (ToxFMD™) Program provides a streamlined platform for chemical hazard assessment and supports claims related to safer chemicals. The ToxFMD™ Program promotes chemical optimization using the ZDHC List, US EPA Safer Choice and Green Screen.

OEKO – TEX STANDARD 100

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is a testing and certification system for textile products operated by a global network of franchised laboratories. The tests for harmful substances cover substances which are prohibited or regulated by law, chemicals which are known to be harmful to health, and parameters which are included as a precautionary measure to safeguard health. S&D Commits that using our chemicals under the recommended conditions will satisfy the requirements of Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

GLOBAL HARMONIZED SYSTEM (GHS)

The GHS includes criteria for the classification of health, physical and environmental hazards, as well as specifying what information should be included on labels of hazardous chemicals as well as safety data sheets. Our SDS and LABELS comply to the newest GHS Guidelines

REACH SVHC

There are 224 substances identified by European Chemical Agency (ECHA) which are Carcinogenic,Mutagenic, Toxic to Reproduction(CMR) catergory 1A and 1B according to CLP Regulation; Persistent , Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) or vPBT according to REACH Annex XIII.
We confirm that none of the substances of very high concern (REACH SVHC) which are in Candidate list are intentionally added, nor our products contain them.
