Denim Industry is one of the major contributors of water pollution in the world. It has been estimated that to produce one pair of jeans, 2900 Gallons required from the cotton manufacturing process to finishing stage.

As responsible stake holders in the industry, we S&D thinks it is our utmost responsibility to do research and development not only to limit harmful chemicals in the recipes, but in increase resource productivity by reducing water, energy and time.

Dry Enzyme Process is our novel innovation to get the abrasion without any water addition to the enzyme bath.

This adds many values to the garment processing.The strength of the fabric is protected as this process only acts on surface on the fabric thus limits penetration and weaken the fibre.The use of stones is reduced drastically.
